For the sake of saving the sanity of the Red-Haired Girl, NOBODY should be adding their replies to email AFTER the original message, then sending it.

Think about it. Your response to the message is the most important part of the email, so it should be on top where it will be most easily read and the first thing that is read. Don't just take my word for it, it appears that it is commonly accepted that "on top is better."
